On February 25, Faith in Texas hosted a District Attorney Candidate Forum: Show Your Receipts. We invited all the candidates to present a proposed budget for the office. We know that budgets are moral documents. How we spend our money reflects our priorities. We advised the candidates that budgets should be accessible and comprehensible for lay people.
